Garrett Shultz has embodied the expression “having a lot of life in your years.” Growing up in Central PA, music was not something to pursue full time, but it was something he always connected with. Garrett said, “there seemed to be a song for every moment in life, whether you were going through a hard time, a great time, falling in love, or needed some motivation.” He worked hard to pursue a career in ice hockey, where his pursuit fell short due to injuries. Shortly after his rehabilitation, he joined the military and became a part of the 28th Infantry Division in the PA Army National Guard. His mentors always encouraged Garrett to “Do something that scares you,” which truly made his life interesting. In his early 20’s he opened a fitness training facility that focused on youth athletes, while hunting down his bachelors of science degree in Biochemistry.
